My husband and I called in at Stanley post office today to sort out our digital passport application. I must say that the member of staff was super efficient and extremely pleasant. As we were there for quite a while, we could hear the counter next to us and the other lady behind the counter was just as pleasant. It was really busy -and potentially very stressful-and yet they had time to be pleasant to everyone they served. It’s the first time I’ve been into a post office for a very long time and the staff made it a nice experience.

I use Stanley post office once a week usually as I don’t have a post office where I live. The staff are always incredibly friendly and go above and beyond in their help and assistance to me. I honestly don’t know how they can be so friendly all the time when dealing with customers ( some of whom seem to be less than so)
For me it is definitely worth the travel to post and I always leave with a smile!!

When in today I had loads of change that needed going to the bank but my banks in Newcastle but called in here the lady behind counter was lovely and helpful she said I could change it there had to put into my bank account but then let me take it back out in cash saved me going all the way to toon thank you so much for your help she even smiled that’s rare these days her customer service was fantastic not like the miserable staff you get in other places many thanks simon

We have not looked forward to a holiday since 2012 and with expired passports and the anxiety of new and stringent travel regulations we decided to visit a local post office
Christine the lovely lady who attended
To all three of us was professional and explained the whole process putting our
Minds at complete ease and totally giving
Us the reassurance we needed
Before leaving the post office we received email confirmation and within a week our
New passports delivered to us

i am a elderly man who has struggled paying my bills since my wife died however i was surprised and delighted with the emphathy and the help i recieved from a lady called christine
