I am a musician/entertainer and play in many care homes. I have to say this is one of the nicest homes I have the pleasure of playing in. A beautiful home in lovely calm and peaceful surroundings. It's always a pleasure to play there. The staff are always very friendly and exceptionally attentive to the residents. Martha and Jane always look after me very well there too when I come entertain. My late mother spent the final 3 years of her life at Staplehurst Manor and from the outset, all the staff were very caring, kind and professional. She was very happy there and her room as well as all the communal areas were kept spotlessly clean. The atmosphere was a happy one with residents encouraged to participate together in various activities to help with their stay. My wife and I fully recommend this home and it’s incredible staff. We thank them for their kindness to Mum who I know appreciated their help. Thank you.

My late husband received excellent palliative and end of life care here (he died of cancer in November 2023). Right from the start I was impressed with the ethos of the home, and I believe the compassionate care and nursing support he received from all the staff helped both him and me in his final weeks. This has been of immense help to me as I grieve for him.

I went to look around the home on Friday and loved the drive upto the home with bluebells and daffodils. Plenty of parking was available and a lovely building. I arrived to a very warm and welcoming reception area and was given a tour of the home by very accommodating staff. Everyone I passed said hello and made you instantly feel welcome.

Lounge area and dining areas are stunning and spotless. gardens beautiful and the room that mum has since moved into overlooks a beautiful courtyard and pond.

Room is very clean, bright and mum is happy! Food is amazing and mum says she feels like she’s in a hotel.

She is yet to venture to lounge areas and take part in activities but from what the programme shows it’s brilliant!

Having only been there 2 nights and having met numerous staff already, mum is very content with the care and attention she has been shown and says that staff can’t do enough for her and are all so kind and caring.

It was a huge decision in choosing the right path for mums ongoing care and as a family even 3 days in we feel we have made the right choice with Staplehurst Manor.

Thank you for the care you have shown already and the care which I’m certain will continue to be 110% whilst mums with you.

Such a lovely environment with great carers. Mum has been here for two years now, the staff are lovely, warm and compassionate. Plenty of activities for the residents, lots of beautiful outdoor space, good food , literally there would be no where better to be at that time of life.

This is such a beautiful home, with emphasis on the word HOME. The staff are kind and considerate and the care towards residents is lovely to see. I perform here as part of a visiting jazz duo, and the activities team are excellent, providing lovely opportunities for everyone.
