It is better to order on to app in order to avoid as much in person interaction as much as much as possible. The female barista that served me was sadly unprofessional, I would have written her name down if she wore a name badge (intentional?) or even a pin like everyone else. She rolled her eyes, scoffed when I mispronounced a word and when she didn't ask if I had a loyalty card and I asked her if I could please have it scanned, her actions and silence spoke volumes.

I understood that my order was not a quick one, I have allergies but to act like that and then ask a colleague why another Starbucks employee was sulking, and be more engaged in work gossip, is not nice.

Never have I felt so belittled.

Normally I leave nice reviews, and I have met some nice people there but this woman just let the team down. If I ever come across a nice barista again I will leave a better review. For now, this visit has definitely soured my taste for this branch.

The shop is tired and needs a facelift. Tables not cleared or cleaned.it was very busy at the time. They were very quick to take orders and payment but slow to deliver the goods. Some people waiting 15 minutes for a takeaway drink.

Been coming in here for over a decade now, the coffee is decent, the decor is starting to look tired but the staff are the reason I keep coming back. There is an almost family atmosphere, a friendly and pleasant place to be, oh! and it's also dog friendly.
The only reason I didn't 5 star it it because the place needs a rework desperately.

I visited starbucks today and I wasn’t happy with customer service there and I wasn’t satisfied with one of the workers there, but the rest of the staff they were lovely.
