Looks like this place has had a much needed refurbishment, but not busy. The availability of speciality coffee has shot up in the UK, and the likes of Costa and Starbucks are just not of the same standard, despite the price.
Having said that, the place is clean and convenient, and staff friendly.

Very dirty. Nowhere to sit as all tables with rubbish on, chairs and tables and floors dirty. Young girl and lad doing drinks and someone else doing orders. Not really busy, maybe 1 in queue at a time. I asked the young lad behind counter if someone could clean tables; he sent the girl to do it. She asked me which table I had in mind; I said it didn’t matter, they are all dirty. She cleaned 4 tables (of about 10-12) then gave up and walked away leaving others. Did not clean chairs at all. Toilets disgusting. Someone needs to take charge here and keep the place clean

Too few staff toilets very bad do not appear to have been cleaned for weeks, not daily. Restaurant floor covered in litter and pieces of food the few staff here are working very hard serving customers and sweating. I am sure this is a different layout from a few on the ago, but the place looks tardy and year's old due to dirt and grime.

Back after a month and the toilets are worse at least three staff on this time with no customers to speak of. One chap working hard in the main restaurant cleaning tables mopping floors but really whoever is in charge here really isn't! That back stuff around the toilet seat is encrusted filth. A week or should I say months old.

The entrance was filthy, bins overflowing. Overpriced coffee, £8.40 for a medium Latte and a medium cappuccino. The toilets are the pits. Staff member that served us was clearly not a morning person. The misery/dissatisfaction on the face clearly meant she did not want to be serving coffee.

There is a positive and that was the new interior was clean, table and chairs are comfortable.

Lovely staff although they seemed fed up, the food selection was abysmal.

It’s a services so you can’t expect too much, the cashier was efficient and asked all the right questions

Regular customer, Venti coffee cup half full and coffee was unpleasant to drink. Normally have no problems but considering the price I am disappointed on this occasion.

Decent quality food, shame about the lack of bins. The only one I found was somewhat overfilled. Plenty of space inside, although not all seats are currently available, presumably due to Covid.
