Following the death of my parents, my family had to deal with several inheritance tax issues. For this we needed the support of the bank to resolve the issues in time and effectively. Ms. Nayana N Majithia and Sara at the SBI UK Hounslow High Street branch have been extremely sensitive to our situation (as we live outside the UK), very professional, efficient and pragmatic. They went above & beyond to help us find good solutions in a timely manner, were very quick in responding to emails and all with politeness and a smile. As a result we have managed to submit the relevant information to HMRC in time. We are so grateful to the service and support provided and impressed by their customer focus. Wanted to give 4 stars, but system is not allowing me, for some reason. I tried emailing to sort out an issue with my app, but didn't work. When I wanted to complain, they quickly called and sorted out the issue in a day. Anup from support, was friendly, effective and quick. Hence, 4 stars.
