I went to Laura for pension advice following a recommendation.
I had been meaning to consolidate my pensions into one pot and to get proper financial advice for far too many years now. Instead I shied away from the conversations as the world of pensions was a mystery to me. Until a time limit was imposed on me by one of my current providers that forced me into action.
Laura never over promised when trying to meet tight timelines but her and Kris, who did all the chasing of my current providers, did their utmost to get everything in in time. They went above and beyond chasing up paperwork and responses and kept me updated on their progress and any challenges throughout.
