Give one star review..

Started off well and easy going for 12 months. Then things got tricky.. Got a transfer of finance and paid the company in full upon early settlement. Been hounded for £366.91, yet I've paid in full and they want more. I have requested my account be closed down and updated as informed there was a system error over £366.91. Closed on a wrong code apparently.

Six months later a medical emergency arises and upon needing urgent credit for a bill half the value of my car, I was declined due to stellantis having my file open..

I've sent an official letter of complaint and heard nothing..

As such I am now half way through the time to the ombudsman whereby I can fire my letter and get my solicitor involved if need be as this is doing actual harm to a customer, rather than potential.

Please avoid this company at all costs.

Salesman Richard Bisset went out of his way to collect the car from Armoury Road for us to view and test drive. He was also very helpful in giving advice on the car and offering finance so that we could leave the showroom with the car that day. Stellantis finance were also very helpful when we decided to clear the finance in full after a couple of days. This caused them some problems in sorting out but they did it OK and we had only £20.10 in interest to pay.. Very Pleased with our purchase.

Awful company.
Lease was coming to an end and I started the refinancing option two months prior, they only got round to sending documents to sign a week before the end of agreement, at which point when signing, we didn’t hear back until a week later, by which time they automatically took the outstanding finance (£4500) directly out of my account.

I assumed that was the end of it, but nope! They then put me on the new agreement to refinance, even though they had taken the remainder!
I rang up to cancel this new agreement, and was told I had to pay interest on the new agreement…!!! Interest on what? There was no car or money that was borrowed.
By this time I had had enough, and just paid their £5 of interest.
It does make me think how many other people they’ve done this with.

Customer service is impossible to get a hold of, numerous times the live chat just closes.
They never work on a Friday because they always seem to have “training”…
A few members of staff I spoke to over the phone were sort of helpful to resolve this nightmare, but I will never be using stellantis again and will not recommend it to anyone.

Each and every time I try to log on, their website never recognises my password, i therefore submit forgotten password, i then register they same password at which point it logs me in. however should i log out and try to log in again it rejects my password.
the transaction history is very confusing and difficult to understand and it seems to take a long time for payments to be allocated, for example i made an additional payment on the second of the month, but it wasn't allocated until the 24th.
the website is easy to navigate but they really need to simplify outstanding balance and transactions.

Communication with this company is terrible. My car was written off in bad weather and my insurance company paid my remaining balance with the payment showing online. However, trying to get customer services to recognise that the balance has been paid has been very troublesome. Emails aren't answered for weeks. No-one answers the phone, all they seem to be concerned with is that monthly payments to them are continuing. This is still unresolved 2 months later. Trying to communicate with this company has been a really expensive headache.

Service provided was inadequate. I wanted to return my vehicle and struggled to find the correct contact details in the first place and the options on the website where not sufficient. In the end I had to go through a different department to get the correct number, it was not an option to arrange via the website. Once through I was told it was a simple process, I just had to return my customer response form and ring to arrange to drop my vehicle off at an inspection site. I called the inspection site for 2 days and still they had not received my details from Stellantis. I then recontacted Stellantis and it was confirmed that they had not yet sent my details through and it would take another 48 hrs for this to be done making it nearly a week after sending my form and termination through for me to be able to book a slot to return. At this moment in time, I am still waiting.

Appalling customer services! It took them 4 months to make a change to my mileage contract My service charges were not paid to the dealer for months So I constantly phoned and chatted on line to no effect I was just given standard it’s in progress replies! Constantly chased by the garage for payment a very frustrating time! A official. Compliant Logged in July was answered in late December with a standard sorry we must do better answer! I have moved my agreement from them to a more user friendly company!

This is my second lot of finance with Stellantis. I have not really needed to do to much. However, when i have had to make some queries, the customer service experience was great. Charlotte H was very helpful. The phone takes much longer due to high volume calls and you have much better success going via the online chat. I was able to deal with my queries quickly and efficiently. Here is to another 4 years.
