I think it might be approaching a 20 year anniversary since I first met Steve, and following on from his exemplary service I have never needed to look elsewhere - I simply know that I have bespoke business insurance cover, life and critical illness and Private Medical Insurance for the family. This all adds up to a fair amount of money but the peace of mind it provides is priceless.
In February 2024 I found a 'lump' whilst having a shower. To cut a long story short (although the following months seemed a lifetime of pain and worry) I was diagnosed with the big C after surgery. Chemotherapy followed and other than 3 monthly checks I should be ok.
Having the Critical illness cover in place meant that a cash lump sum was paid promplty meaning I did not need to worry whilst all the drama was happening. The business has survived, cash in the bank as an emergency fund (just in case) and there's money leftover for some bucket list holidays with the family.
Steve and the team have been with me at every step.
I never liked paying my premiums, and never wanted to be in a situation where I would need to make a claim. But, the universe had other ideas and I am so glad I had the protection in place.

After the frustrations of trying to get Insurance for my home, car and business on line I decided to give Steve Allen Insurance a call. Speaking directly to Steve was a million miles away from the anonymous individuals in Call Centres, he was asking (important) questions to be able to give me good advice on the correct policies with the CORRECT cover which was really important to me.
