I popped in to charge the electric car using the Osprey chargers in the car park, and I'm glad I did. I was greeted when I went inside by wonderful and friendly people. The atmosphere is relaxed, laid back and friendly. Service was quick and courteous. The food looked absolutely delicious on people's plates. I had the loaded chips with BBQ pulled pork, hmm delicious. A big thanks to all the lovely people who work here and made me so welcome.

Arrived today to charge the car on our way home as we have been before & stopped off a few months ago so we did have a drink while charging the car. So today decided to stop off again for something to eat & drink before heading home. Ordered our choice of meal. Didn't wait long to be honest but looking at my husbands meal when it was put on the table it really looked like a child's meal & not from the main menu. Hunters chicken? Looking for the bbq sauce, a table spoon if that on a very small piece of dry chicken it looked like a child's meal. I had fish & chips peas
? We both found on our plates what looked like some sort of Plastic looking pieces of something that looked like cotton. My fish was ok if i picked at it, peas cold, chips not much better. No staff asking if everything was OK with the meal. I doubt that these days
Really should do better .
Last time we'll stop off there & pass on to our family. And before any negative comments no we didn't complain as having heart issues I just wanted to go home. Why didn't the staff ask their customers if there meals were good or have you any issues

Food very good. Their steaks are cooked perfectly. I like it flared - burnt on outside & red in the middle and they do it beautifully for me. Pies are really tasty as all the food I have had there. They post great meal deals & I can't fault them. Great service, value, location and parking

Amazing meal. The food was hot and tasty. The mint sauce with onion bajis was so refreshing. The extra onion rings are a must with any steak or burger. The service is awesome. Naomi is so polite and helpful. A great asset to the company. Higher management matterial definitely.

We enjoyed our meals , one had Scampi, one had mixed grill & I had curry. All nicely cooked. The lady manager on duty was very organised polite & helpful. I left something on the table & she brought it out to the car park for me I appreciated that. The waitress was also polite & helpful. There was a lot of people eating there but it was not noisy . An enjoyable lunch. Thank you to everyone.

Overall a good experience food was well cooked, hot and well presented. Good GF menu for one of our party. Staff were very friendly and efficient even though they were really busy, so food was a bit slow. Only down side was my fault I should have asked for a table by a window , one of our part found it a bit dark as waiting for an eye op. We will be back.

I had fantastic service from the Manager Kerry the GM and she is always very welcoming.
She is very accommodating of my autism. Always very happy to come here and the food is brilliant
