Warning - this post office counter is closed. Not just the usual "closed while the only person who can work at the post office counter has a long lunch / goes on holiday" closed, properly closed. Sadly I didn't know that before I walked half an hour with large parcels and a baby to get here. Because they hadn't updated their opening hours. Utterly useless.

Very slow service, staff don’t seem to know what they’re doing. I couldn’t be served as the ‘team leader’ kept getting logged out of his computer and didn’t know how to get back in.

Gets the job done. I do wish they would update their opening times more often, it can be a pain to find out the post office is closed but still showing as open in Google. They have provided every service I have thus far needed without issue- foreign currency, stamps, parcel drop off/pick up,

Waited in line for ages on one occasion to be told the person I needed was on lunch. No sign stating this. Another occasion waited in line at least 10 minutes to be told I could not return my amazon parcels due to 'no amazon bags'. Nothing else. I had to ask when I might be able to return the parcels and the person said 'maybe in a few days but I don't know'. This would be ok if there was a sign stating no amazon parcels instead of waiting in line. No other alternative was suggested either.

Occasionally busy, but never as bad as the one in the City Centre, but very often the queues are quite short. Regardless, the service is always efficient, friendly and helpful. If the main counter is closed then there's a service point at the front of the Spar. Thanks for all your hard work.

This post office has no wifi and no cellular coverage so Amazon codes on phones can be impossible!!

Absolutely appalling. Must be going for the “worst post office in Britain” award. One employee is particularly rude. They can have a queue of 10+ people with two employees there, but only one window open. Happens time and time again. They should be ashamed
