I’ve used the lovely Deanne twice now. She helped me secure my first mortgage and got me an amazing deal.
But she went well above and beyond just that! It was a very stressful time in my life - I had separated from my partner and was buying a house on my own. My estate agent wasn’t very easy to contact so Deanne liaised with my lawyer and the seller’s estate agent to keep me updated. She took the time to reassure me and to explain the process and what was happening. She well and truly went above and beyond and answered many a panicked tearful phone call with endless patience and kindness. Nothing was too much bother.
