Old guy charged me for a small parcel not a large letter. I know Im correct because I checked my item before I sent it and it does NOT match the measurements or weight of a small parcel on there site but in fact a large letter. He didn't bother to check or just doesn't have a clue.

Always trying to oversell and make you pay extra for sending small parcels and letters. See previous reviews too. Never had an issue before but over the last few weeks they've been trying to overcharge me. Won't be going back to this one anymore.

Fantastic post office and really helpful staff, nothing is ever enough for the staff and they are nothing but fantastic and friendly.

They lost my parcel delivered by Evri. The shop was a mess so it may have been there but they couldn't find it.
The manager was a bit abrupt too.
Not recommended.

The bald guy with the glasses is the most rude and incompetent person that’ll deal with your post related stuff. Has no idea on how to do his job and always has some comment of judgement ready. Avoid that guy if you can. The rest is okay but still seem incapable of doing their job.

I personally have always found the staff helpful and the service quite reasonable. Peoples expectations need to match reality, these are hard working people providing a valuable service, cut them some slack.

I am extremely disappointed at some of the reviews on this site. Many are just fake, inaccurate and for reasons unknown vindictive. If a person asks for service that's not possibly doable at Strood post office, refusal is seen as obstructive. People very often don't understand what is possible. and what isn't.
