My experience with them is really very good. I had never lived in the UK and they have helped me and the entire team has advised me on all the procedures with professionalism and efficiency. I have personally dealt with my property manager Ms. Zaitseva who has been fantastic and so kind all the time, I really appreciate it. Many thanks also to Fred and Fartuk from the sales team, they are the best.

I have worked with many property managers in London. Lauren Taylor is by far the best. She is reliable and has fantastic communication. She cares about her clients and goes above and beyond to make sure things are taken care of in a timely manner. She is a great addition to the S&P team. I'm thrilled I get to work with her.

Lauren Taylor has been exceptionally helpful with finding an old receipt even when I had sold the property and was effectively no longer a client. Superb service.
Strutts have been excellent in letting my London Flat.
My only comment is that they should have ONLY ONE point of contact and inform clients when there has been a change over in staff.

Unprofessional behaviour from Hayley Kew who had no desire of explaining why she couldn’t help me out, in a polite manner. Luckily some of the other employees remain polite over the phone. Thank goodness my landlord is a good landlord! And Bas, from Parsons Green, always there to rescue the situation! She is extremely professional, efficient, and polite! What an asset!

I have had a superb service from the S&P team. In particular Haley Kew and Kate Burrows. Although very busy they always had time to deal with my queries/problems relating to my property. Both are very efficient and fun (which makes such a difference). I would thoroughly recommend Strutt & Parker. In particular the two fabulous Ambassadors for the Company. I was lucky to have an excellent property manager, Hayley. She dealt very well with a non-standard situation that I had encountered with a tenant and subsequently with my insurer. She resolved the situation very well. I strongly advise Strutt and Parker as a managing company for everyone; to landlords as well as tenants.
