Stuart Hall and Co have guided us through the process of forming our new company and taken care of us every step of the way. Firstly with a meeting and advice on how company should be structured and run and then by totally setting up the company on our behalf! No stress! They have set up and handle the payroll too. Excellent communication and prompt service from Matthew Gilmore at Stuart Hall accountants. We are very happy to be working with Stuart Hall and they are really helping us get our accounts in order. Our year end is in May, and they got our end of year accounts sorted for August giving us a nice 6 month buffer of knowing what our corp tax is going to be for February which we are delighted about so we can start putting money aside for that. They absolutely took advantage of our situation of being a small business. Didn't feel like they cared at all, especially Matthew! It is a shame he is a "director".
Waited until a week before accounts deadline to ask for information from us despite telling them to ring me if it was urgent (which they never did).
Promised training which was never fulfilled.
Threatened us with legal action after we were told we were able to pay monthly which was never set up and we ended up paying the entire amount at once as we felt they were bullying us and to end our business with them.
I have told other small businesses across our network not to use this company.
If I could give them 0 stars I would.
