Dreadful man, I took my watch in on 11th march this year for a new battery but my watch still wasn't working, Stuart said it needed a new circuit in miyota, for which I paid £35 for and £7.50 for the new battery, and the watch still didn't work. My watch is still in Stuarts very messy shop somewhere, but when I went in last week he can't find it, he supposed to have all the new parts for my watch but says he has been too busy to assemble them, but now he can't find my watch. This little man tells lie after lie and, if he couldn't fix my watch he should have said so right from the start instead lying and making up stories. Avoid this Dreadful person at all costs, I don't know how he can stand there and lie to my face. I have given one star but he actually doesn't deserve any.

SHOCKING!! Bought my engagement ring here, quoted 4 days til I have it back. 27 days later, 4 phones calls and a visit to the shop and I finally received it back. Just lied and lied on the phone, different excuse for the delay every time I rang. Such poor customer service
