SR4U have been the best student accommodation company I have used in my 3 years of university! Simon especially since day one has been lovely, super accommodating, always replies quickly, allowed me to reserve a flat before it was even available online, and all issues were acknowledged and dealt with within 24 hours, unlike some of the other companies I previously rented with. Could not recommend them enough - if you are a uni student and want to rent with a reliable student housing company, go with SR4U!!! 🙂

I am utterly horrifed. I stayed in The Cube last year and I have honestly had the worst experince with the Landlord. I received a very unprofessional email which left me feeling extremely anxious. I asked for my invoice to be addressed in my name (because it was adressed to another client) and the landlord replied in a very inappropriate way. The company itself was brilliant. Overall, very unimpressed and would not stay again.

I had an outstanding experience staying at Student Rooms 4 U Student Accommodation during 2023. The team is incredibly friendly and understanding, which made my stay very comfortable.
I had a situation where my placement ended a day later than my contract, and Simon was very accommodating, allowing me to check out a day later without any issues. This level of understanding and flexibility really sets them apart.
Additionally, if you're depending on student finance and worried about delays, just speak to the landlord. They are very understanding and offer a special plan for students in this situation. You can pay a small fee to automatically set up a payment plan, which is a huge relief.
The prices are affordable, and I've already booked my stay with them for 2024. I highly recommend Student Rooms 4 U for anyone looking for student accommodation in Plymouth.

I would highly recommend Student Rooms 4 U. They always respond quickly to any queries that we have. They are very helpful and always listen to any request that we have. Our house is nicely decorated and comes with basic appliances. The monthly inspections allow us to communicate any concerns or issues that we have. Everyone is very approachable and friendly. I have had a very positive experience and I have chosen to live with them again next year!

Ideal house and location with great flat mates close to the university. Felt so welcome thanks to the student rooms 4 u team and the people I stayed with. Internet was great as a media student I needed it to be reliable and it did just that. Rooms felt cozy and great to come back to after long days at university. Couldn’t recommend enough!
