Had a slight issue with pakora being labelled incorrectly, I bought chicken as I thought but it was labelled vegetable. After posting review on here, I was asked to contact the factory where a lovely member of staff explained the error and apologised profusely for the issue. She asked me to go back to Subzi at Parkhead or Springburn and she would replace the pakora. I have did this today and wanted to commend Subzi for their excellent customer service. These things happen but it’s the way you deal with it that matters. Thanks again
