Suits me sent me a new card that I didn't ask for. I was being paid literally the next day after I received my new card. I was paid by my job but it doesn't show on my account. As you can see everything since this happened for 5 consecutive days I've been on hold with suits me trying to get through to an advisor for over 3 hours. The worst. Absolutely diabolical service. After this ordeal I will be closing my account with them. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES.

Was called up customer services Katie to be exact to see if I had any trouble setting up the account which is was good sign to know they care. She sorted my problem quickly and I was set up in minutes. This lady couldn't have been more helpful and welcoming let me know about any benefits or rewards I could be a part of. Plus checked a few times to make sure I didn't have anymore questions or concerns all were answered perfectly. Might start using it more than my nationwide with the benefits. 10/10 on customer service Katie is a credit to your company.
