Contacted Super Clean after no response to messages left with two others I had called.
My call was actually answered! After explaining my pet stained lounge carpet needed attention Mark went through the basic process, he would carry out a survey, provide a quote and clean the carpet there and then if agreed.
2 days later Mark arrived, carried out the survey, explained the process he would use and the cost. All agreed, he set work and a fabulous job done. The carpet came up better than expected, like new. When my partner came home she was super impressed!
Mark is down to earth, easy to talk to but very professional. I would 100% use Super Clean again and recommend contacting Mark to others.

Excellent service from Mark - he talked me through everything he was doing. 100% reliable - he even rang on the morning of the appointment to check it was still convenient to come. Service was very thorough. Mark was respectful of my home - put down mats and protected woodwork where hoses went around door corners. My carpet looks like new. Will definitely use again and completely recommend.
