Accident not at fault.

I had to do alllll the run around.

Recieved a courtesy car as not at fault. Before i recovered my vehicle back. They tried to charge me for the courtesy car. How do you charge me when you havent given my car back? The whole point of coutesy car is to have until yours is repaired or returned. Plus...im not at fault its the other guys insurance thats paying for it. Ridiculous company

Took over half an to answer the phone. Polite lady answered. Had to stop my insurance. And they kept £50 to amend policy!

Avoid at all costs. They added a non existent claim to my history. Expensive to call and keep you hanging on forever. Never update records. Disgusting company.
