We received excellent service from Symonds and Sampson (Ilminster) when selling my mother's house, from the moment Tim Bennett arrived to value the property right through to the completion of the sale which happened this morning. Everyone in the office was unfailingly helpful and courteous, and Georgie's cheerful demeanour and positive attitude kept us going even at the most difficult moments -- and inevitably there were difficult moments, given that we were dealing with a chain of transactions over which we had no control. But the S and S team kept us regularly informed and were always available to answer queries; they could not have been more helpful.
