Would give no stars if I could. Willow tree housing association formerly known as tamar housing are by far the worst housing association I have ever dealt with. They don't care about your issues. You will always have to chase them to get anywhere regarding and issues you have. As I have been told they are 'mindful of costs, this is evident in the cowboy builders that they send round to do repairs. They don't care. As pretty as a house may seem, don't waste your time with this association. They are quick to send out letters if you owe them money though. AVOID like the plague.

Tamar Housing, now Willow Tree.
I second this last review.
I've been left without a working boiler for the last three weeks, over the xmas period. Mix that with an array of anti-social behaviour issues which they refuse to sort out, despite being given video evidence. I would say you might be better off camping that staying in one of their properties.
