IN RESPONSE TO TAX AFFINITY'S FEEDBACK:
A service provided from April 2018 to July 2022 does not equal 6 years of service. You keep on giving me the same argument over and over and it just isn't valid.
But I have paid that last invoice now so you can close my account and enjoy your achievement.
I will personally try to somehow recoup this money loss and definitely not recommend your services to fellow colleagues.

Appalled and furious.
As much as the service they provided during the time I used them was good, the moment you want to move to another accountant, for personal reasons that they try make you justify and feel bad about, they pop out an invoice that asks you to pay for more months of services they physically haven't provided. Making me pay for 12 months of non existing service (the argument: "it's the T&Cs" - which by the way are never shown to you before you agree on their services - "and we have filled your taxes for the year before you joined us" - which by the way does NOT take 12 months to actually complete, but more realistically 2 weeks maximum, including lunch breaks! Then they've added 1 month notice - which, by the way, I already paid, thanks for charging me again. And finally they've added late fees and a debt collection fee for the road. I am completely baffled and furious.

And when you call these guys to try make sense of this and provide all rational arguments as to how it isn't justifiable to make me pay for a year of service never provided, well they say they'll look into it and call you back. They never do....

So as much as these guys are always nice when you are with them and have done their job during that time, it is very clear that management is only in this for money, and they merrily take your cash, cause it's that easy and totally normal to take that much money from small Limited companies.

You guys honestly disgust me. And I'm not talking about the day to day employees, I'm talking about management and customer service. Totally appalling, and would obviously NOT recommend you.
