Genuinely cannot fault temples one bit. Been a tenant with them for a year now and all I can do is just praise them. Before moving to the property I am in today I was very unhappy in previous location and other agency and they helped us find a property and matched it perfectly to what we wanted and was very quick to help us get moved in and settled. They’ve always been really quick at sorting things out for me if I have a problem and always been very responsive and helpful. For example the fence was broken and it was a very quick turnaround and got it all replaced and fixed, the taps were leaking and the next day they were fixed and I kept getting unwanted letters and they sorted it out. I genuinely am very happy with the service they provide and all very friendly and helpful and I am very happy where I live and the maisonette we rent is very well presented and bright and lovely location. Poor customer service. Little support or help when you need them despite paying a management fee for practically 20 years! They Don’t converse over the phone only by email and take ages to call you back snd have a rude and unhelpful approach but don’t mind taking your fee off you each year! They don’t regularly monitor their employed contractors workmanship , areas are left untidy snd weedy, moss build up and maintenance of courtyard and communal areas under their remit is poor.

Paid £300 to this company to provide a ‘Management Pack’ relating to communal areas around my freehold property. This comprised a two-page ‘tick-box’ form and a few photo copies of recent accounts and company structure. Outrageous overcharge in my opinion

Paid for a carpet deepclean before i moved in, paid for my electric meter as its PRE PAID meaning any money in there is mine anyway... doesnt stop temples charging me for both of these things upon vacating. will they take £200 off your deposit too? might be best to look elsewhere.

Poor Customer service and ridiculously expensive for very little work! Then just to rub salt in the wound, if you cancel your services, where some companies would provide you with paperwork free of charge, these guys will charge even more AGAIN. Stay clear of this company!

Appalling service - took them a year of charging me to tell me they didn’t know how to do the job they had been employed to do. Once I terminated the contract and collected the documents I discovered they had left the building they were in charge of uninsured for almost a week.
Can never get hold of them (including pre pandemic so no excuse).

This is the worst estate agents that could possibly be avalible.. if your a landlord stay away they are as about as useful as as a wet paper bag carrying a bowling ball, and as for trying to rent off them good luck they have no clue they really dont know there arse from there elbow. you have a better chance of getting a gram of crack off the lady as you are to get a proffessional estate agent.. she turned up to show me a property looking like she just came from a crack house twitching and speeding around it was disgraceful it actually made me feel sick and then exspects you as a paying customer to hand money over to them no way ide rather set it on fire than to give it to a junkie

“You’ll have first refusal” makes me wait 3 weeks for a property and then didn’t tell me I needed to get back to them by the next day before they gave it to someone else. Viewing was rushed and unorganised and the staff were rude when I got annoyed because they didn’t give me first refusal, saying that they don’t hold properties and I should’ve made my mind up and sorted finances before viewing
