Café is alright, but the value is poor. The reduced section is a joke, it's filled to the brim with unmarked produce that gets marked down at specific times, why bother having a stocked reduced section when nothing in it is marked down...? Maybe to scam your naive customers who don't have time to check thoroughly and sell them subpar produce at full price.

Why bother marking down an item costing 1£ 90pence to 1.71...? Or a 60 pence item to 50 pence...? No idea, other than to greenwash your greedy business. What a waste of customer and employees time!

Shame on you.

The cafe is an absolute state. Trays and used plates, cutlery, mugs, strewn all over the place. Univinting and frankly disgusting. And yes, there are sufficient staff. And no, it’s not busy. Lazy. Unhygienic.

Store is good with plenty of parking.
Staff are pleasant.
Downside.....nothing being done about the people hanging around drinking etc by the cash machines, and approaching people asking for money.
I today again witnessed this again at 1:40 pm. One of them went to a person who had just parked in a disabled bay.

Mostly every time I shop here I have to wait in billing queue. Thought they have 31 checkout/pay point they only open 8-10 don’t know why. I guess They prefer to keep customers waiting in queue.

It's a nice store. Got an upstairs with a cafe and clothing section, nothing out the ordinary.

Only thing is the queues for checkouts can be long and I think they should put the scan as you shop in there so you can scan and pack as you go round.

But overall a very nice store

Tesco is a very big super market where you can get almost anything ranging from children clothes to adults, groceries, vegetables gifts items kitchen items, a restaurant, phones and phone accessories, electronics etc. The park space can accommodate 100s of cars and their services is fast with a tight security in place.

Pretty decent place, I also found staff to be friendly, (the lady served us,she made me feel welcomed) things around here,they are all as clean as they can get, I have paid just under £12 for two avocado on toast and two pots of tea, recommendable 👌👍

This heart less person should not work for tesco. She (her name is Vic - working at Rainham tesco Extra) didn’t allow me to take milk for my baby 👶. Just because it was 00:02, she keep saying we are closed. And there was no announcement that we are closing soon. I was requesting her pls let me take the milk for my little baby, she was so Rudd. She even asked her colleague to sign off the till and where i can see few more customers still paying on the self checkout.
I used to work for Tesco i know how it’s work. Tesco’s slogan is “every little help”.

I am would like to raise this issue to management.
I don’t feel like to come back to tesco anymore, even if it is very close to home.
