I would give them zero stars if I could.

Avoid this place! 2 hours max parking despite having a cafe so get £40 fine no manager in to rectify and assistant manager can't do anything. Only 4 days to pay it otherwise fine goes up to £70 so forced to pay it and then told by manager can't do anything to help.

Twitter customer service waste of time and won't provide contact number to speak to someone. I will shop at one of the other supermarkets going forward.

I won't be shopping here again after shopping weekly for years. Got a fine for parking over 2 hours which I hadn't realised. I'd gone to meet a friend whom I hadn't seen for ages, we went for a coffee and shopped in the store. I wouldn't mind but the car park is never full anyway. I'm sorry tesco but this to me is just pure greed . At least give people a minimum of 3 hour😡

I spent £240 on shopping, I had breakfast in the cafe and was there just over two hours, now I’m being hounded to pay £80 fine for parking,
This is ridiculous . Well done Tesco’s .

By the way anyone who gets find don’t pay it,
they will send you letters but cannot enforce it by law.

What an exceptional Tesco. So bright and clean. Everything very well presented.
I’m a partial disabled walker and they had two electric scooters just by customer service desk. A nice staffer took me to the rack for one of my purchase. Very good. All round.

I went into Rawtenstall tesco to get a few bits at 7am this morning. I had only been in a few minutes and the security guy was following me. Half way through my shopping I had to leave my basket and nip to the toilet. As I came out he went into check. I carried on shopping with said security guy in eyeball range. Finished shopping, paid and confronted the security guy and gave him my receipt asking what his issue was. He was very stroppy. I spoke to the store manager. Say said maybe I looked suspicious. I asked how, baseball cap, tattoos, shorts, colour of my t shirt? She was more interested in catching shop lifters than being right with people who shop in there every week and pay for there goods. It was a really intimidating experience that people shouldn't have to go through. Being stalked in your local tesco

The store was quite clean and I was shocked that tesco have actually made this. For me, It was a complete waste of tesco's money. The staff are nice and friendly and the store is clean but the aisle's are like garden racks.

Not very good tesco.
