We had Sunday roast in the Barn. The food was very nice and all cooked well. Enjoyed eating it. It was a a cold day, but the Barn was really warm, with plenty of room and a lovely atmosphere. Will definitely do this again, and would actually request the Barn if possible.

We had such a great lunch at The Bell. The service was top class!! Really friendly, quick, attention to detail. Nothing too much trouble. Delicious food. Comfortable environment, quite noisy cos loads of people in - the place was packed! Well done everyone.

Great pub, we sat out in the barn area. Lovely and warm in there with a log burner and heaters to switch on, on every table. Great service, waiters are all friendly and polite. Food was lovely. Pub is also nice and clean. Would highly recommend.

We went for the American IPA festival. Great selection of drinks. Sadly we got there after the kitchen closed, so couldn’t eat. Staff were really friendly and we ended up spending the evening g chatting to locals.

Excellent lunch for a family gathering of 12 today. We had the Christmas menu apart from the kids. Food was very good and portions were ample. Service was great - staff were courteous, friendly and helpful without being intrusive. Thank you!

We went as a party of eight, and even though we had booked two weeks prior to going for some reason it hadn't been recorded. The landlord took charge and could offer us a table even though it looked fairly busy. The meals that we ordered were served promptly and everyone enjoyed all three courses. Excellent service, excellent food, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our Golden Wedding meal and will be returning soon.

Rang at short notice to book Sunday lunch in the garden, shown to a spacious garden with well spaced out tables some with umbrellas and some in a custom built open barn. Friendly attentive staff, good menu choices at fair prices. Ordered Sunday beef roast, came out promptly, nicely presented with separate seasonal vegetables, excellent proportions and really tender beef, nice roasties, tasty gravy. Good choice of beers, wines and cider.
Excellent choice of puds, settled for homemade sticky toffee pudding with cream and Caribbean bread and butter pudding with bananas and raisins. Excellent portions really enjoyable sweets. Good car parking and a small play area for the children, overall a very good experience
