New booking system introduced during Covid was understandable but without any notification to customers and to find out it’s now a permanent change merely by me calling is appalling. You should at least notify all registered, completely inflexible and having to wait a week is rubbish. I’ll be looking elsewhere, thank god there’s much more choice nowadays, very disappointed yet you used to be fantastic
