Visited for the first time today after researching drysuits. Kieran was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. A nice stock of kayaks and equipment. I came away with a new drysuit after fitting assistance and useful tips. Great service, and I will visit again. Top Marks! 🙂👍

Do not judge a book by its cover, the showroom is located on a small industrial estate because some of the models of canoes are manufactured on site, so push the door and enjoy the wealth of knowledge of the staff, listening attentively to your needs and taking their time to explain whatever you ask about. Service is second to none, friendly and engaging staff, a pure joy, and a clear winner, in my eyes, against online shopping! Simply wished all face to face shopping experience would be of the same quality. Highly recommended!

Visited today and bought two kayaks.
All the staff we met were friendly and knowledgeable, giving great advice and even helping us load the cars up.
They make kayaks on site in Norfolk (Nelson's County 👍) , so great to support a local business.

I had been looking for a used kayak and came across Norfolk Watersports website. The prices were great and they have a well stocked shop about an hour from work. I called them to make an appointment to go in (due to Covid restrictions) to look at a Pyranha Burn 3. The service was fantastic and having tried the large, which I thought would be the size for me, it turned out the medium was a better fit. The price wasn't far off a used older Burn, so the deal was done. Great service and fantastic company to deal with.

A truly wonderful experience,
Where to begin, on calling the store I spoke with Kieran who was both knowledgeable and professional in the manner he dealt with my query, he provided good advice taking into consideration my personal needs (6'8" tall) and didn't upsell another product just because it was more expensive. He provided me with an invoice quickly and was happy to put it to one side for me while I arranged collection.
A* performance represented your company very well

On arrival several days later Kieran was again working in the store and took the time to explain the different paddles available as well as what other equipment I might need, he helped me unwrap my new kayak and talked me through the features providing care and maintenance advice as well as helping me put it on the roof of my car. He was both friendly and patient with my beginner knowledge and answered my questions without patronising me.

Finally the kayak, a Tootega Kinetic 100, which I now understand is made by the same company that run this store, it's excellent, got her out on the water the following day, really easy to handle, feels very sturdy and more than enough storage for day tours up and down the river.

In conclusion, I unreservedly recommend the Boat House who's staff and products speak for themselves in both professionalism and quality.
