My girl Betty has been at The Bridge Vets for 11 years, pretty much her whole life. We have had the pleasure of many vets that have been amazing when looking after her health. In particular Lucy, who thought outside the box and spotted a life threatening episode and took her in for surgery straight away, ultimately saving her life. More recently, Betty has an issue with a growth on her middle ear. She has been referred to a fabulous hospital by Hannah who dealt with my filterless old girl wonderfully! But surgery was delayed by 7 days. She was so uncomfortable and hadn’t slept for 24hrs, (neither had I). We went in and were seen by Will. We had never worked with him before and he put Betty at ease by placing her on his lap just stroking her and examining her without her even noticing. Will recommended some medicine and gave her an injection. Since we got home, she has been settled and slept for two hours straight. Hasn’t bothered with her ear once. What a fantastic way to look after my old girl and thank you.
All the staff at the Bridge are wonderful and this includes the nurses. I love the fact they know my girl and care about how she feels, (Carra, Emma, thank you) I just hope that the rotation of vets stabilises again and we can reap the benefits as pet owners

Can't thank everyone at The Bridge enough for what they've done for Jake and his torn cruciate. Everyone's so friendly and caring, and Will is an absolute miracle worker - our boy was up and walking 3 days after surgery! We were so worried about him but Will took the time to make sure we understood everything and knew all the options. He really went above and beyond for us. After being registered with a big chain for years, the difference in the attitude and care at The Bridge is amazing. Finally a vet who puts pets first and doesn't just see you as a credit card walking through the door. We've been absolutely blown away, and wouldn't go anywhere else now!

With huge sadness I had to have my adorable cocker spaniel, Poppy put to sleep last week. The vet who looked after us, 'Will' was amazingly kind and caring. I cannot thank him enough.

The care is fine but like all vets the prices are creeping up and up, while services go down. There is no longer out of hours, so in an emergency expect to go to Swindon and he charged several thousand pounds. There is no longer a Saturday clinic so you need to take time off work for standard vaccinations.

Medications are extortionate (same drug available for humans for a few pounds).

Doesn't matter how nice the people are when they're fleecing you for ever decreasing services.
