Me and my dad went to the bank this morning to transfer some money. All I can say THANKYOU for a fantastic service. Unfortunately I didn't get the name of the lovely lady who helped us. You were brilliant.

Extremely poor service today from the Chester lea Street branch in fact upsetting. After been a customer for more than 40 years and a regular saver I am still embarrassed at the counter when paying in cash one staff member asking where i get my money from and asking for my ID. After going into the branch very frequently they still don't know who i am. There is a note on the system from a previous complaint about this issue but still she continues to ask me.

I have banked with the Coop for 37 years and have always found them excellent to deal with and very fair.I went into the Chester Le Street branch and I was served by Jay such a lovely and cheerful woman very efficient at her job and a pleasure to deal with it's nice to see such great service these days and lots of banks could learn from them.
