I have tried to call the branch all week. Today I called 5 times. The calls just ring until they time out. The national number told me this branch is not open today (Saturday) but the info on here says it is open and the info on the bank's app says it's open. I have suggested an edit on opening times for that reason. There is no answerphone message saying its closed or that gives its opening hours.

The branch staff themselves are lovely and very helpful, but it's completely marred by this inability to contact them. I can't trust the listed opening hours or the national number or the app as they give conflicting information about hours. No wonder people aren't visiting the branch. The national number regularly has excessive wait times too 20-30 minutes. Would prefer a live chat as I'm hearing impaired, but none available, even in the app.

The staff are great over the years I have got to know them and they really go to any lengths to help. They always offer the best advice and know what they are doing. The ethical and environmental policies are what drew me to the bank and the paperless banking also makes life easier with no worries about where to store those old fashioned bulky documents. I don't feel like I'm in the bank it's like visiting friends. The best I've ever been with and I have and will recommend to anyone. If I use the ? I feel like I missed out. Absolutely A1.

I have been with the Co-Op Bank for a number of years now after having having a number of bad experiences with another high street bank due to their arrogant attitude and superior attitude to their customers. Since being with the Co Op I have always been treated with respect. At the Derby branch I have found that all of the staff that I have had dealings with were both pleasant and professional. After visiting this morning to settle the affairs of my late wife the Personal banker who assisted me (Linda Fitchett) proved to be exemplary.

Appalled with what they did to my partner, all she wanted was the last 4 months of bank statements because we are trying to move house and they couldn't do it, this bank is making it impossible for us to finally get our own house, we are so angry

I have banked with a few different banks over the past few years and I always like to go to the bank branch every so often. I opened my account at the Co-Operative Bank in Derby and the member of staff who opened my account was very friendly and polite. Whilst I have done the same at the Halifax, I felt the service you receive at the Co-Operative bank is a bit more tailored to you and you are treated like an individual person rather than a figure or statistic for them. Having been back on a few occasions the services is repeatedly brilliant and makes me feel very confident in the bank. The mobile banking app is also quite reliable- it has been down once in the past 12 months. (on 2 weekends the bank was doing maintenance and updates to the app which customers were notified about)

It's really annoying that the bank is closed on Saturdays.
This is the time when many working people do their banking.
Most others are open so it's most inconvenient as well as inconsiderate.
The reason stated is to protect the public, much more likely an excuse to cut costs, really bad form co-op !!!

My debit card has ceased to be recognised. Yes there are funds and card is in date. It is over an hour to get through on the phone, allegedly. Messaging Ap doesnt work..Really unhappy.

I've been with this bank for quite a while and never once have I had a problem. If you visit the bank you are treated with respect by polite and friendly helpful staff. Online banking app is also very good. Highly recommended.
