Was my first visit here. Called customer service to find out about parking and they couldn't help, which was really annoying.

What an amazing team of staff! Roger is so helpful, understanding and human (for a bank person) , all of the reception staff are attentive, welcoming and respectful and the counter staff are full of information and are keen to help. Thank you Co-Op.

Absolutely terrible service , I had fraud on my current account after purchasing Christmas presents , of more then £400 , I called they cancelled my card , and told me that they were opening an investigation , and that’s they will let’s me know what the outcome , after phone call afternoon phone call , 6 months later , still not a word or answer . Apart from that trying to get through is a nightmare, not happy
