I recently used Empire to source a property but it fell through at the last minute as the seller had a charge attached to the property. They then found me something else but was told I couldn’t buy via mortgage as the vendor had bought it less than 6 months before. A replacement was found but the vendor pulled. Then found 2 more but was unable to get mortgages for them. Eventually bought one in cash. Finally got over the line but very frustrating process
