The service at this post office ist most certainly not the best. The attitude of the lady today serving, was initially just plain rude. I had to go twice to collect something, had to do their leg work, and once I had done it, all of a sudden my delivery was there. Had she made a little effort and applied a little customer service, this could have been resolved the first time round. Rather disappointed. Suggestion: CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING

Both Women that work there are rude and have a serious attitude problem especially the one! She looks at people like they are something off her shoe!
Disgusting lack of customer service which makes you feel very uncomfortable.. I won't be going again and would recommend everyone avoid it!

Such awful customer service. Every time I’ve been in over the past few years the same woman is ridiculously rude to many customers.
An older lady in front of me was counting her money. The woman at the post office was rolling her eyes and completely ignored the woman when she was saying goodbye/thank you.
The manners/customer service of this woman is absolutely disgusting. Manners and kindness costs nothing.

I thought that I’d write a review for The Green Post Office to share my views and experiences. I’m astonished at some of the reviews that I’ve just read though and am saddened at some of the comments aimed personally at staff.

I actually drive past another post office in order to come here because I find it to be extremely friendly, efficient and as a result the queues are minimal, if at all. There’s always somewhere to park and the shop in which it’s located is very convenient and there’s always a friendly greeting from whoever is behind the counter.

I’ve only ever witnessed and experienced both ladies in the Post Office being receptive and attentive to customers, always with smile on their face.

I can say that I often have a chuckle with both and feel alI the happier for it. I would definitely recommend The Green Post Office and strongly suggest that you try it for yourself and make your own opinion 😊

It is the worst post office I have ever seen, staff not helpful at all. They do not want to work properly. The printer does not print. The name of the printer is not the same as the one that pops up on the phone the password is incorrect.
I asked for the grey folder she said post office do not do it anymore while I have done it last week at another post office.
It is a shame to open such a post office you are ruining the image of Royal mail.
