Was a little sceptical @ first, after all,when do you get smthg for nothing? Referred by someone who had dealt with them.SO pleased we contacted them. Initially, I spoke to Luke, who was really helpful, so we decided to go ahead (must add,everyone we've had dealings with have been really helpful). The icing on the cake was this morning @ 8.15am when the two 'Alans' (father & son) arrived to fit the new boiler (only left 5.10pm on a Friday!) They have been SO friendly, helpful, informative, polite & courteous (even offered to take off their shoes before going upstairs), even offered to help putting items back in the loft. Terrific workers, carried on while having a coffee. Would 100% in future contact them for any future gas work. Must also add our thanks to the three men who came to add insulation to our loft, who again were really nice. Both jobs done the same day👍. Would highly recommend Improveasy- Many thanks for helping this process run smoothly 😊

Don't touch with a barge pole. I can't comment on their work but their customer service is awful. Applied for ECO4 funding which has taken months. They're incredibly disjointed, disorganised and incredibly frustrating. Save yourself a lot of time and effort and use someone else.

Great service from the first call to final sign off. Kayhan, the fitter and his assistants installed my boiler, removed the old one and re-valved the radiators. All done courteously, and (I work from home) and didn't cause a fuss. The scrap man also took the remnants of my old greenhouse along with the old boiler and pipework. Recommended!

Disgraceful! Accidentally drilled a huge hole in kitchen wall over 2 months ago which needs plastering and painting. No replies to at least 10 phone calls/texts/emails. They are ignoring me. Rude staff saying "not my department" but then refusing to give me contact details for remedial dept. and ignoring requests for complaints dept.

Very happy with the service. They explain every thing there is to know about the service and how the boiler and heater works once they have finished. They even set it up on to your phone so you can regulate the heat. I would highly recommend them. You also receive a telephone call from advisor mine was Caroline Carroll I could talk to her all day lol very friendly sounds like a lovely woman. Thank you my boiler is perfect

Had quite a lot of work done off The Improveasy Group , I had my loft insulated , a fan fitted in my bathroom and kitchen a new boiler and full central heating system from beginning to end they were all really helpful and very professional tradesmen , Lewis did the majority of the work and he was a pleasure to have in my home , he was always early and left late and worked to a very high standard , couldn't of met a nicer group of people. Well done and thank you.

Review for Dan (Engineer at Improveasy)

I write this review solely for Dan, an engineer at Improveasy, to express my heartfelt gratitude for his exceptional service and dedication.

Let me start off by saying I have three little ones, ages 3, 1, and 2 months old, so heating and water supply are extremely important in my household.

Around three weeks ago, we had a new boiler installed alongside a Google Nest thermostat and heat link by Dan at Improveasy. Everything worked faultlessly until today when the thermostat displayed a power error. Suddenly, everything seemed to have turned off—no boiler, no thermostat, no heat link. All the lights were off.

It was 8 pm in the evening, and after panicking, I decided to ring Dan on the off chance he might be able to help until the morning when the office officially opened.

Dan put us at ease and assured us it wasn't a major issue reaching out to him so late in the day. He was more than happy to support us in resolving the problem (mind you, it was 8 pm). He walked me through some troubleshooting steps, and within 10 minutes, my entire system was back up and running. This just shows that experts will be experts.

Honestly, Dan, I commend you massively for your kindness, knowledge, support, banter, and just appreciate you as a person. Thank you so much for not fobbing me off or telling me to wait until the office was open in the morning. My kids can have heating and a hot bath tonight, and that's all because of you.

This on top off the initial walkthrough, guidance and help setting up / after service which truly is second to none.

Thank you for being an amazing person. The world needs more people like you, and I hope Improveasy as a company holds you in as high regard as we do.
