Having Julie as an agent for the last 5 years has been a pleasure, nothing was too much hassle, plenty of notice was given for periodic reviews and she worked with me quickly and efficiently if there were ever any issues. We have just left our rental after finally getting our feet on the ladder and check out was a quick painless process and deposit was returned with no squabbles. Good landlords are hard to find and in over 20 years of renting Julie is one of the best I've had, locally I couldn't recommend anyone else more highly. Its been a pleasure renting from you for the last 5 years and I wish you all the best in the future and if I'm ever fortunate enough to own multiple properties I know who I will entrust them to.

I can’t think of enough great things to say about The Letting Agent.

Moving rental properties is always so daunting and often overwhelming.

With just over a week to go until I was evicted having fallen victim to the rent hike evictions, Julie was able to find me multiple properties that were all ideal for me.

Her kindness, professionalism and expertise in the industry cut out all tbe nonsense and I was shocked at the speed and efficiency in which everything was done! I had the keys so quickly having completed all necessary checks!

There were a couple of teething issues in the new place to which she responded (on one occasion saved me out of hours… thank you! 😉 ) rapidly and effectively having the problems solved.

A complete breath of fresh air having dealt with more challenging and less helpful agents for 2 months prior!
