Funny little story here of patience and having a willingness to help, around 2 months ago I started an application explained all my needs and requirements, and from that day until today where we completed Simon and Brooke have been the biggest help. Both have remained so professional at all times sticking to their word of keeping me updated and informed on any little progress. It’s been absolutely tremendous working with both Simon and Brooke, they are truly experts in their field and would highly recommend.

I cannot speak highly enough of Leanne and Emma. I only spoke with Emma myself, but my broker worked extremely close with Leanne and she went to extreme lengths to secure our mortgage. Without her, it wouldn't have been possible. Our case was extremely difficult and complex, but it was handled so well! I will forever to grateful to the both of them for making this happen, as it meant so much to us to buy a house. Thank you so much to both of you, we will be forever grateful!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I was after a loan on my buy to let property and a surveyor that was instructed was from a completely different county when they told me it would be a local surveyor with local knowledge. I wasted £390 on being mis lead to the above from Devon and her team. Not happy as you would expect a company like this to do their diligence instead of trying to fob me off. Not impressed.
