Dreadful Property Management Experience

There are truly no other words to describe my experience with this company than an absolute nightmare. Their communication is nonexistent. They are unresponsive, maintenance of our building has been completely neglected, and their financial management a disaster. Frank Mitchell has been completely disinterested in addressing concerns or resolving any issues that arose with my property. They took sixty one days to resolve a leak in my lounge that led to the partial collapse of the ceiling. I have multiple examples of maintenance requests routinely mishandled or ignored entirely, and when they did attend to an issue, Mr Mitchell couldn't be bothered to vet the contractors he hired, or possibly he had an interest in bypassing the vetting process, resulting in subpar quality workmanship, and incomplete repairs. It is clear that this company, in business for only 13 months lacks the professionalism and skills necessary for effective property management. They also misrepresented several aspects of their affiliations/memberships suggesting at best questionable business practices and ethics. I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to look elsewhere. Save yourself the headache and find a property management company that actually cares about their clients and properties, and knows what they're doing. Find yourselves a company that embrasses transparency. This property management company, and its Director, Frank Mitchell avoid processes that encourage transparency like if it was a curse. Based on their business model, maybe transparency is a curse. The photo I've included is of the aftermath of part of the ceiling collapsing due to Frank Mitchell's neglect and mismanagement of a leak that lasted 61 days. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!
