My bike was stolen and recovered by Mansfield and then sold to someone in Blackburn who has now had 4 motoring fines, do you not make customers apply for a new V5 before sale absolute disgrace and will be taking legal action against Mansfield

Keys lost to my car and waiting for a free recovery off AA, job passed on to Mansfield and want £300 for use of specialist equipment.....didn't use anything specialist and they say they did...can't claim money back...wouldn't be surprised if others have been scammed like this......avoid like the plague!

Hey. We've all got jobs to do and this is what happens when the Police are privatised. Car was stolen, picked up by these guys, they had to keep it for forensics and we were charged per day.
We couldn't claim any of our possessions including a Baby seat and CDs because another car was there that was involved in a Fatality and we decided it was better to leave it there to be scrapped.

Felt like we were robbed twice.

Yeah we've all got jobs to do but at the end of the scale there's people like me, who can't afford the insurance going up on a claim. (Which, incidentally, it did, even though we never claimed. Somehow that fact got through to them)

House front door was forced open, they got the keys and a week later it was found upside down.
And we weren't allowed to find out who and what happened to them.
It happened to us but that was all we had to do with it.
Yeah not overly impressed with the way it all worked out.
It's a business. Isn't it.

I was advised that it would bee 90 minutes to rescue me, having broken down on a busy roundabout. Cancelled job, as other drivers had helped. Their vehicle never appeared, before or after cancellation of job.
Charged full amount... !
Difference between that and cancellation fee NOT refunded.
Invoice, requested NOT received
Appalling .

Staff very helpful when I took my Dad to collect his belongings from his damaged car. Easy parking and good access. No complaints here, despite other reviewers think.

I waited for them 8 hours with my 2 year old daughter so they can park their cat behind mine with no one inside and when I try to call they hung up on me

I was 29 years old when it was arranged for them to recover my vehicle, I'm about to draw my pension and im still waiting. You've more chance of going to the moon than this company recover your car

Very dissapointed with them. My son was involved in an accident on sat 28th aug at 11 am. On sefton st in liverpool. Rac were dealing with the recovery of the vehicle which was supposed to have been picked up at the earliest 3pm. 4 hours after accident was not ideal bearing in mind a 9 year old child had been involved in accident so my son had to go home and leave the car and take child home. I sat in my car alongside his car from 4pm. After many phone calls i was informed at 7pm that one of your recovery trucks would be sent out to collect car. At 9pm i phoned again only to be told that you only had one vehicle available for recovery and could not give a time. At midnight 13 hours after accident i was informed they would try and get another recovery truck to me. At 2am someone arrived at fro a1 recovery who eventaly took the car.

In my way back to the wirral i recieved a phone call from yourselved at almost 3am to say your recovery vehicle was on sefton st looking for car.
I appreciate it was bank holiday and alot of accidents for you to seal with , however 15 hours to pick up a crashed car was not acceptable
