Been with them for two months as a landlord and so far very pleased with the service - excellent communication (from Donna, Sarah, Magda and others) and reasonable and clear pricing. They found a tenant for me fairly quickly, arranged viewings, sent over a check-in report etc and since the tenant moved in have arranged and completed a repair too. It’s relatively early days but great service so far.

I started using them to let out a flat in 2014 and although they must have grown in that time they still make you feel that you are their most important client - they answer queries almost immediately and they make the process of advertising, collating prospective tenants, issuing and signing or contracts and collecting deposits so very easy. I feel absolutely confident in their processes and procedures. They provide current, legal information that makes a novice landlord feel in control of the process.

I have used TOLA for a few years for tenancy admin; and their part manged service more recently. Very efficient admin, significantly lower costs than bricks and mortar agents. I strongly recommend if you are happy [and able] to do some of the leg work yourself.

This company took over management of a property that I rent - I haven't troubled them with any of the multitude of problems, other than requesting a plumber to be sent out to check on an issue - 2 days later an electrician arrived. Pan forwards 4 months, no plumber has ever arrived and I get an email from this lot saying that 'despite their best efforts' they have still been unable to arrange a visit! To rub salt in the wound they are constantly texting me requesting rent for a completely different address - presumably this is where the plumber has been for the last 3 months. Best avoided.

So unlike High Street Estate Agents: Incredibly helpful, professional and knowledgeable staff, with no flash suited confidence monkeys to contend with. They provide exactly what you need and want at incredibly affordable prices. Not sure why High Street agencies are still flourishing...
