We’ve recently started working with The Paperwork Team for both virtual assistant support and bookkeeping, and we couldn't be more impressed. Our dedicated VA, Sally, has been fantastic. She’s picked everything up incredibly quickly and uses her initiative brilliantly — answering questions and solving problems without needing to involve us unnecessarily. She's even streamlined several of our internal processes to make life easier, which has been a huge help.

Transitioning away from simple but ineffective Excel sheets to Xero was initially daunting; however, Kate's patience, understanding of our business, and ongoing training have been excellent. This great experience led us to ask Kate if she would take on our payroll, self-assessment and end-of-year accounts, as our local accountants were no longer providing the service we needed as a small business. Fab service from the (female! 👠💪🏻) team - from the first contact with Kate, to then meeting her with Carol (accounts support), then Carol coming in and basically sorting everything out more or less in one fell swoop, the process was quick, easy, positive, and reassuring. They are professional but friendly, have lots of common sense, a can-do attitude and are super helpful. We have had a terrible experience with this company espaelly the CEO Kate. We were pursued by Kate to go with them when she incepted an advert on indeed and convinced us to use them rather than employ a bookkeeper. We have fount then to be both unhelpful and lacking in care of interest once they have your business. having now left them and gone back to our original plan of employing a bookkeeper we have been made aware of many mistakes and omission that have cost us money. Once we handing in our notice Kate has been both unprofessional, unhelpful and down right difficult. We have tried to be reasonable but all attempts have been met with unreasonable behaviour that has left us in shock. We do not like leaving posts like this as we are a small business and know how this can have an effect on business but we have mentioned this to Kate who does not seem to care.
