I went to the Phone Surgery a couple of months ago as my phone would not charge. They had my phone working with the replacement part fitted by the next day at not much cost. This service saved me from the expense of having to buy a new phone along with the messing around that involves. Absolute legends. Rang to enquire about a Samsung A54 screen replacement. Phil rang me straight back when he said he would and then when I said I'd be booking my phone in he rang the following day to let me know not to come in as the screen wouldn't be in stock until late. This meant I avoided a wasted journey. Instead, my wife took the phone in today and stayed in the area to wait for it to be mended - Phil kept in touch with her throughout the process as it took longer than expected. Absolutely first class customer service! Phone is perfect and was cheaper than everywhere else I'd looked. Highly recommend Phil - fantastic service and excellent value for money! Couldn't be more chuffed!

Best repair shop ever! Guy was an absolute legend...lovely, friendly, honest and quick/efficient with the repair. Price was incredibly reasonable and fair compared to what I have encountered before. He also has the painting from Goodfellas (painted in real-life by Nicholas Pileggi's Mum) on the wall Wasn't patronising or sexist but on a level and chatty when I recognised it but couldn't immediately recall where from - which is a massive plus and a real talking point in my book. I only just moved to Liverpool, and never stopped being thrilled by decent businesses not ripping you off and having a lovely fun, chatty experience thrown into the mix. This small business is a prime example. I looked at the 1* reviews on here and they are 100% in contrast to my experience and not being honest in my opinion. This place is a fun, efficient absolute bargain! Make the journey to go here instead of town and support this business. Especially female customers who want treating with respect and don't wanna get ripped off. Keep up the good work lad! x

Went in today to get my daughters phone repaired. Screen and replacement battery. Bloke that served me was brilliant. Very professional British bloke and done the lot in less than half hour for half the price of the phone shops in town. 10/10

Our daughter’s iPhone was damaged by water ingress after a wet night in the City. Having researched a local repairer we came across Phil and the service we received from him was simply exceptional.
