I do not often visit the Management Company, but I did call in today no appointment or fore warning with a concern that I had about the site. I discussed the matter with Jon and he listened and we discussed the matter amicably and a plan of action was agreed. I have lived on site some 19 years and have always found Jon and his staff helpful, polite and receptive and action taken. We are a small community with very wide spectrum of personalities and expectations living on site and it must be difficult pleasing all of the people all of the time but Jon does, in my opinion, a good job of trying to keeping everyone happy. If you are a Freeholder or Landlord, there is no other company to go to. Jon and his team are knowledgeable and provide personal service, unlike the bigger companies where you are just another income stream. They treat the blocks like their own. His enthusiasm to get things done is infectious, whether getting a light changed or complete refurbishment, with clear and easy-to-understand accounts and budgets presented logically. Regular inspections take place, with reports emailed with pictures. Leaseholders and residents will love this management company.

I want to thank Jon and his team publicly. Our freeholder company have been working with him about 6 years now and it is the first property management company we had in 13 years that actually cared about the building. Jon has Ramsgate, the managed building and then the people who live in the building at his heart. He has helped us sort anti-social problems, antsy owners, communal areas cleaner, external renovations, and many many other things. He actually does inspections in person, works with the freeholders to create a schedule of work and maybe most importantly he is on the end of the phone for any advice. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Rude and patronising, they don’t take the time to listen! we where tenants of a building ran by block management and where treated us very poorly and allowed us to be bullied out of the building by other residents for minor things that we weren’t aware of which should have been there duty to inform us, we later found out this one particular resident was the ones who paid block management so they simply just do as there instructed for the contract, weak people
