Have been living in a property managed by The Property Manager for 3 years now and we are about to move into another one. Jake has been amazing every time we needed something. Super reliable, professional, and helpful! 😀

At the very beginning when I acquired for the property I’m still renting now (almost 3 years now) Jake was super helpful and responsive and there was no issues with the paperwork etc. But once the contract has been signed and the agency got the deal, the whole service and interest in any queries I had, were dealt with in a slow manner - to put it in a nice way. Jake often don’t reply to any messages or emails, and when the response finally arrives, it’s usually excused by „being abroad with no access to internet” or „problems with the phone”… This happens at least every other month. Jake usually blames the unresponsive landlord which often turned out simply to not be true. Lately when there was coming to sign a contract renewal, somehow Jake was able to message me everyday just to make sure I signed the new contract. This clearly shows picking the frequency of the responses, depending on interest which agency has in certain deals. When I asked for simple paperwork which I had to present in the Job Centre, after multiple reminders, all I received was a wrong paperwork… No matter how important the query is (mice, floods, broken fridge - which I experienced), there is not much interest been given, which after several weeks resulted in me reporting the whole situation to the council - then there was finally some action been taken. It’s sad how others treat their work responsibilities and automatically the clients. It causes great amount of stress in the place which I simply try to make my home…

From the moment we rented a flat through the property manager, we regretted it. They promise flat inspections every 3 months, we had 2 in 2 years. Water flooding through windows as the landlord had used a cheap company and black mold beginning to appear around the windowsills. Communicating with the agency about this was near impossible ad they really don't care. They only reply to you when they feel like it. The agency blame the landord for poor communication and vice versa. Have been moved out 3 months now and and still waiting on the invoices for deductions made to my deposit. At 5 months pregnant it is really not the stress I need. Steer clear if you want a reliable, helpful agency!
