My friend and I have just spent a night at this beautiful hotel. From the moment I walked through the door I felt a sense of peace and calm. Helen and Wyatt have poured heart and soul into lovingly restoring this house, back to its former glory and beyond. Warm and welcoming the rooms and house are not only high spec, beautifully clean and comfortable, but the thought and care that has gone into this house makes you feel every detail of your needs has been taken care of. Clearly they love running this business and we absolutely loved our stay...we will be back, as soon as we can! Thank you both for making our stay so joyful and memorable.

I stayed in their cosy wheeler cottage, on self catering basis for 4 nights that is set in beautiful grounds. I found it warm, clean and well equipped. The owners were excellent hosts, showing me into my cottage, walked me around and checked that I was happy with everything. Very impressed and will definitely return. Internal photos are as per their website. Highly recommend.

What a beautiful place to stay. The room was extremely comfortable with a lovely view of the garden. The breakfast was delicious & what a great idea to order exactly what we wanted & our preferred time the evening before. Helen & Wyatt were so welcoming, we will definitely stay again.

Beautifully decorated and airy room and very clean bathroom. The hosts Helen and Wyatt were very pleasant and knowledgeable. It's a short walk into Lacock from the Rectory so very conveniently situated plus it has free parking. We had a peaceful and quiet stay and would definitely stay there again.

What a beautiful bnb in the village of Lacock. The rectory has been renovated to a really high standard with beautiful decor. The owners Helen and Wyatt are a lovely approachable couple who are very welcoming. The icing on the cake was meeting their retriever that had the most amazing smile, it made my day !! We will be back.

We had our Honeymoon here in 1991 and we were so disappointed when it closed. I was so excited to see it open again. We stayed in "Cedar". It was a lovely room overlooking the gardens with a great bathroom and fabulous bed. The breakfast was lovely and Helen and Wyatt were great hosts. We hope to return again and again.

Wyatt and Helen have restored this beautiful house to an exceptional standard, No stone has been left unturned. |Our very spacious room was very comfortable, light and airy with a huge bed and an immaculately clean bathroom. |Breakfast was plentiful |Everything has been clearly thought out and we had a wonderful stay. We stayed one night just a week or so after the rooms in the rectory opened for travelers. Helen and Wyatt were very friendly hosts, telling us all about the town of Lacock, the movie making that goes on there, their restoration of the rectory and the important person living down the road. We really enjoyed chatting with them. ||My room was spacious, really clean, light and modern. I loved it. The location is perfect for visiting lovely Lacock. The breakfast was very good. There is a nice car park on the property. ||The Rectory was one of the nicest places we stayed in England. Highly recommended.
