The Shires took over the management of our large block of flats, which had fallen into complete disrepair under the previous management company. In a remarkably short period of time, they’ve made significant progress, and I now feel much safer in the communal areas, coming in and out of the building, and in my own home—something I haven’t felt in years. Their communication is open, clear, and approachable, and they make themselves available whenever needed. With their small yet highly capable team, they have demonstrated excellent knowledge of compliance and legal matters. Recently shires took over from previous company who were charging money without doing maintenance. Paid over £230 monthly but got nothing from them .im about to sell my property and asked from previous management company all management pack and some answers for some question which were asked by buyers solicitor but they never come back and had to wait over 9 months . Luckily shires came over and within 4 days they sent management pack . Really responsible service i had with them over the phone and Email , quick answer for email and phone and shires cut down monthly payment more than half what previous corruption company charged . What a breath of fresh air The Shires have been to our block of flats. Previously run by a criminally operated and fraudulent company, The Shires took over managing our block of flats and have been the most honest, pro-active and informative company. They've been left to pick up a thousand pieces from the old company, and have been thorough, legal, and worked with due diligence. Kyle and Matt are a fantastic team, prioritising the right purchases and situations, and always there to answer our queries. Not only have they taken over a building with huge residual issues from the past company, they've hit the ground running in beginning to resolve these issues as well as look at improvements for the future. Not just about maintaining and managing a flat but also about growing and improving.

The Shires took over from the previous management company who were universally despised on my estate, and immediately cut the service charge by more than half! I have yet to experience what their service is like but initial signs are encouraging with good communication and quick replies to emails - hopeful this will be a much more positive experience than the last company RMG who were little more than criminals!

Extremely difficult to get in touch with and any kind of paperwork you need you have to wait for months. Property management is at a very low level. The missing cladding on the photos has taken over 6 months to fix and at no stage it was secured (which is simply dangerous being right above the main entrance to the building). Our latest issues are water running on the walls and funghi growing on a newly put carpet. I can be only jealous for other users giving 5 stars reviews, they clearly get much better service than us.

What a breath of fresh air Shires Management team are. They have recently taken over a block of flats where I own a property. The transformation has been incredible, problems have been dealt with head on and they put in an appearance quite often. There have been some severe problems with this development but already a vast improvement has been noticed by a large number of residents. Keep up the great work Kyle and long may it continue.

The Shires have recently taken over management of our property and have been amazing! They come out every 2 weeks without fail to sort our hedges/green spaces and always help if any issues we have. We also required a deed of variation for a property we are selling, and Kyle managed to turn this around in a day and get a signature we required. Great company and customer service - highly recommend.
