I don't know who all these happy people are on here who have dealt with this company. So I started an account with them for them to help me with my debitors they explained all the information to me in one part of the information they told me they would deal with my creditors and when they had dealt with the creditors they would send me invoices so I could set up standing orders with my creditors companies like step change will not allow you to set up a standing order as it should be direct debit for a start also companies like StepChange when you start a process with them you will never have to do anything the company will do it all for you I am very weary about this company and anybody who deals with them should be too I literally stopped the account straight away as the information they were giving me was untrust worthy I would seriously think twice about using this company use A reputable company like step change
