Absolutely blown away by the management team! They were super responsive - had a bit of trouble with the smart TV, called them up and they fixed it in a flash. Super impressed with their service. The airbnb itself was neat and tidy, loved how clean it was when we got their. No designated parking, but finding a spot was never an issue, always got one nearby. Plus, there were some decent eats just a short walk away. Really made our trip awesome. Will definitely book again!

I've had my property in Brislington managed by TUA for about a month now, and I must say, it's been a fantastic decision. The returns have already exceeded what I would have made through traditional long-term letting, a pleasant surprise indeed.

The onboarding process with TUA was impressively high-tech yet incredibly smooth and professional. They equipped my property with smart home technology, which not only made the place more efficient and upscale but also appealed to a wider range of guests. The investment paid off right after the first payout.

What I particularly appreciate is the landlord app provided by TUA. It's an excellent tool that gives me control and oversight over my property. I can easily download statements, block out nights, and keep an eye on everything happening. It really gives a sense of involvement without the hassle.

Just had another brill stay at a place run by TUA. Their Airbnb management is just spot on. This time, the flat was in a perfect spot in the city, super handy for everything we wanted to do. It was clean as a whistle and really comfy.

Had a small issue with the kettle not working, but TUA’s property management team were on it quicker than you can say ‘brew’. They sorted us out with a new one in no time. It’s the little things like this that make such a difference.

Booking was a breeze, and those reminder texts they send are a lifesaver, especially when you’re running around getting ready for a trip. Can’t fault them really. If you’re after a top-notch Airbnb experience, TUA’s the one to go with. Definitely using them again!
