Slow, incompetent, lazy and rude - let me queue for over 10 minutes before deciding she didn't have time to hand me a stamp swap form before closing, mainly because she had taken over 10 minutes to scan 2 parcels for the lady in front. Don't waste your time, you won't be getting any service here this century.

Same as below. Just went to post my parcel with 15 mins before closing and they claimed to be closed I said but it’s still got 15 mins and the women claimed that they shut at 5 on a Wednesday when online and on the poster in the window it says 5:30 everyday.

Attitude was disgusting with the head waving too.

I went to Tesco post office around 10 - 15 minutes before the closing time and I was not allowed to wait in the queue, due to the fact the queue was apparently too long and the post office worker didn’t want to have to work a few minutes extra. This meant I was not able to post my parcel because I arrived at the post office 10 minutes before closing time.

Disgraceful customer service ! Cashier was rude when i asked a simple question regarding passport forms, which by the way, are not available here, which is fine... but I do not expect to be spoken to like an idiot for asking ! Shotgate Post office is much better ! Av
